  • Weekly 1-on-1 Online Sessions: We’ll connect each week for personalized coaching sessions.

  • Choose Your Commitment: Decide between a 12-week or 6-week program based on your goals.

  • Complete an Evidence-Based Assessment: Assess your work-life wellbeing to inform our approach.

  • Receive a Personalized Action Plan: We'll create a tailored plan to help you achieve your goals.

  • Ongoing Support: Enjoy guidance and support via email between sessions.

  • Access Helpful Tools and Resources: Utilize evidence-based tools, tips, and strategies to navigate your unique challenges.

  • Incorporate Mindfulness: Enhance your journey with mindfulness practices tailored to your needs and comfort.

12 WEEK SESSION

1:1 coaching engagement

The 12-session coaching engagement spans 3 months. The initial 3 sessions are 90 minutes each, while the subsequent sessions are 60 minutes long. Before your first session, you'll complete the work-life wellbeing assessment. The insights from this evidence-based tool will help shape your coaching objectives and action plan. The remaining sessions will concentrate on strategies to achieve your goals.

6 WEEK SESSION

1:1 coaching jump start

Not ready for a three-month commitment? Try a 6-week coaching engagement that targets one or two work-life wellbeing objectives. Together, we'll create a tailored action plan and strategies to overcome potential obstacles. This focused coaching option is ideal for those eager to dive deep into a specific topic.
