We live in a fast-paced world, and mindfulness provides us with a valuable opportunity to slow down and be present in each moment. Research shows that mindfulness meditation can significantly reduce stress, anxiety, and pain, while promoting overall well-being and balance in our lives. Many of my students have reported benefits such as improved sleep, enhanced communication, a greater sense of calm with coworkers and friends, and a healthier work-life balance after starting their mindfulness practice.

I offer individualized sessions as well as group workshops to help people integrate mindfulness into their lives.

In our six weeks together, you will learn:

Customized Virtual or In-Person Workshops

Workshops offer opportunities to learn and practice mindfulness meditation in a supportive group setting. Choose from 4-week or 6-week sessions on topics such as:
