work+life mindfulness coaching

Coaching begins with a discovery call on Zoom, where I create a confidential and safe space for you to share your reasons for seeking coaching. I want to hear your story and understand what you hope to achieve through this process.

During our call, I’ll explain my coaching method and style in detail, addressing any questions you may have so you can make an informed decision about pursuing coaching with me.

My approach blends the science of work-life effectiveness with mindfulness practices and coaching techniques. I draw inspiration from the core teachings of Buddhism, which shape my coaching and teaching philosophy.

In our first full session, we’ll establish the goals you want to pursue and develop an action plan to move forward. These goals will guide our work together.

mindfulness meditation instruction

Mindfulness meditation instruction begins with a discovery call on Zoom, where I invite you to share your reasons for seeking 1:1 mindfulness meditation guidance or customized group sessions. I’ll explain my approach as a mindfulness meditation teacher and address any questions you may have.

For individual meditation practice, I require a six-week commitment. This allows us to cover the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation and gives you time to establish a consistent practice. In our first session, we’ll discuss your current experience with mindfulness and your goals, then create a tailored learning plan.

If you're interested in hiring me to lead a mindfulness workshop, we’ll start with a discussion about your group’s objectives. Together, we’ll determine the type of workshop that best suits your needs. Workshops typically last 1.25 hours and can run for 4 or 6 weeks, all conducted via Zoom.
