After years of coaching academic leaders and mentoring professionals across industries and career stages, I launched this coaching practice with one goal: to help women prioritize what truly matters and thrive in all parts of their lives, not just survive the grind. I help women choose their path.
My work+life mindfulness coaching isn’t about quick fixes or trendy hacks. It’s about meaningful change, grounded in research, guided by presence, and tailored to you. As your coach, I draw on my experience as:
an international work-life scholar and organizational leader,
a public health professor with an expertise in work stress, and
a certified mindfulness meditation teacher.
In addition to one-on-one coaching, I offer custom mindfulness meditation workshops and private guidance for those new to mindfulness practice. Trained by world-renowned teachers Tara Brach, Ph.D., and Jack Kornfield, Ph.D., I’ve experienced the profound impact mindfulness can have—and I bring that wisdom into every session.
