Many women find their way to my website when something feels “off” in their work-life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, seeking to elevate your performance at work, or considering a job change, you’re not alone. After years of coaching academic leaders and mentoring professionals at various career stages, I launched a coaching practice focused on empowering women to embrace and prioritize their multiple roles for optimal health and work-life wellbeing.

My work+life mindfulness coaching goes beyond mere adjustments; it fosters a deeper understanding and integration of your aspirations. As your coach, you’ll benefit from my extensive background as a work-life scholar, organizational leader, public health professor specializing in work stress, and certified mindfulness meditation teacher.

In addition to coaching, I offer customized mindfulness meditation workshops and one-on-one guidance for those new to meditation. Trained and certified to teach mindfulness meditation by well-known psychologists and mindfulness meditation teachers Tara Brach, Ph.D., and Jack Kornfield, Ph.D., I have personally experienced the transformative benefits of a consistent mindfulness practice.
